Psychiatric Evaluations
Duration: 60 Minutes • Payment: Self-Pay or Insurance •. Cost: $375
A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation conducted by a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). This visit includes an in-depth review of symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, and current concerns to establish an accurate diagnosis and develop a personalized treatment plan.
Quick Med Check (Established Patients Only)
Duration: 15-20 Minutes • Payment: Self-Pay or Insurance •. Cost: $135
A brief medication follow-up designed for stable, established patients. This visit focuses on symptom updates, medication response, side effects, and minor adjustments to treatment when a full session is not required.
Medication Management Follow-Up
Duration: 30 Minutes • Payment: Self-Pay or Insurance •. Cost: $185
Follow-up appointments focus on monitoring progress, evaluating medication effectiveness, and making necessary adjustments to support optimal treatment outcomes. These visits provide continued support and clinical oversight for ongoing care.
Brief Therapy
Duration: 30 Minutes • Payment: Self-Pay or Insurance •. Cost: $180
Short-term, solution-focused therapy designed to address immediate concerns, strengthen coping skills, and support emotional well-being. This approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual’s needs.
Telephone Assessment
Duration: 30 Minutes • Payment: Self-Pay •. Cost: $150 (prorated as applicable)
Telephone consultations are available for clinical concerns that require provider input outside of scheduled visits. This may include medication-related questions, symptom changes, or care coordination.
Consultation / Professional Services
Payment: Self-Pay •. Cost: $225/hour (prorated)
Includes completion of forms, letters (e.g., FMLA, disability, ESA), care coordination, and other administrative or clinical services outside of scheduled appointments.
Late Cancellation / No Show Policy
Fee: Full Session Rate
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee.
Neuropsychological Referrals
Cost: Included as Needed
Referrals to specialized neuropsychological services are provided when appropriate to support further evaluation of cognitive or neurological functioning.
Lab Orders
Payment: Self-Pay or Insurance
Lab testing may be ordered as clinically indicated to support diagnosis, monitor treatment, and ensure safe and effective medication management.
Pricing
Part of making an informed decision about your mental health care is understanding how much it costs. For many people, insurance offers the best option for funding therapy. If you are paying out of pocket, our rates are listed below. Please note- signed Financial Agreement policy forms contain our most up-to-date rates.
Credit Card Policy
As a practice, we feel strongly about the importance of healthy boundaries and respecting your time and our time. As such, it is our decision to prevent balances from accruing to preserve the integrity of the therapeutic relationship. We require an active credit card to be kept on file at all times in the event of an unforeseen balance. A credit card authorization form will be completed at the time of your intake appointment, and your provider will review this policy with you in person should you have any questions.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, or you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a missed appointment fee will be assessed.
